Crock Pot Beef Stew

015Tonight’s dinner was another dump and go recipe – the easiest for busy weekday dinners.  Here is all you need to do to have dinner on the table when you get home.

Ingredients:

1 pound beef stew meat

3 cups chopped potatoes

1 cup chopped carrots (I used baby carrots)

1 cup chopped celery (about 3 stalks)

a few chopped green onions

3 cups water

Lawry’s Beef Stew mix

Salt and pepper to taste

003I always spray my crock pot with cooking spray first – makes for easier clean up later.  Put all ingredients into the crock pot.

004Cook on low for 7 -8 hours.  Serve with rolls or home made bread and butter.  Enjoy!
