Menu For The Week – February 25 – March 1

Here is what I have cooking at my Haus this week:

Monday: Smoked Beef Tacos, refried beans.  My husband made a beef roast on the smoker last weekend and I am using the leftovers in our tacos this week.

Tuesday: Chicken Noodle Soup, fresh baked bread

Wednesday: Chicken Apple Sausage, Onion Rings, Salad

Thursday: Chicken Fried Rice

Friday: Homemade Spaghetti Sauce, pasta, salad, garlic bread
