On tonight’s menu we had Pita Pizzas. I love this kind of Pizza since everyone can add the toppings of their choice. I use Pita breads for the boys as their base but I found these great Gluten Free Pizza crusts that are amazing and taste like thin crust pizza.
Then just add your favorite sauce, and toppings of your choice….
Bake for about 6 – 9 minutes or until desired doneness and dinner is served!
There is nothing better then having a nice cold beer with a Pizza but ever since going Gluten Free this has been a challenge. I was very happy to find out that Angry Orchard is Gluten Free and has a variety of flavors. So cheers!!! Enjoy dinner.

Thanks for commenting! It sure is much healthier than take out. I usually keep some pitas frozen so we always have them on hand.
