Weekly Menu for the Week of May 30 – June 3

Here is what we are cooking up this week.  If you try any of the recipes – let me know what you think.

Monday: It is Veteran’s Day (Hubby will BBQ some Ribs)

Tuesday: Chuck Wagon Mac and a green salad  (trying this with Gluten Free Mac n Cheese this time)

Wednesday: Chicken Fried Rice, PF Changs frozen egg rolls (giving them a try – not gluten free, so not for me)

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, French Fries, Cucumber Salad (we did not have these last week so they are a carry over menu item)

Friday: Dinner out – not sure where we will be headed, but a nice treat!

I do hope you all have a wonderful week. It is a short one due to the Veteran’s Day Holiday.  I hope you remember the Veteran’s in your life, the Veteran’s that gave their life, and those that continue to fight for our freedoms.  My father is a Vietnam War Veteran and served our Country in the Air Force for 22 years.  Thanks Dad!!!!
