Labor Day officially marks the end of Summer. The days will start to get shorter and hopefully the cool fall weather will set in and soups and stews can reappear on the menu. In the meantime, here is what is cooking at my Haus this week.
Monday: Porkchops, potatoes, green salad
Tuesday: Shredded beef tacos, refried beans (I will be using beef stew meat prepared in the crockpot for this recipe)
Wednesday: Chicken Gyros, Tsatski, rice
Thursday: Spaghetti Bolognese (I will be using the sauce from this recipe)
Friday: Individual Pizzas, salad
