I LOVE MY BAG!!!!

My Peacock Tail Bag is complete and I love it.  I am already using it and receiving many compliments.

The crochet technique is crochet overlay and the pattern was designed by Tatsiana of Lilla Bjorn’s Crochet World.  The bag is fully lined, has a beautiful chain and leather strap and a magnetic clasp.  I have never even attempted such a project and am so pleased with the results.

A big thank you to Esther of Its All In A Nutshell for her amazing video tutorials.  They were a godsend!

    This is really cute. I think I might try it but with darker colors. I’ve never done overlay before though. I hope it’s not frustrating 🙄

      Kelley funny you should mention darker colors as I chose the pastels but they also had one in darker shades which was lovely. If you do decide to crochet this bag – look for the videos by Ester from Its all in a nutshell. She did great video tutorials on You Tube that are very easy to follow.
