Sorry for the delay in posting the menu for the week, but the weekend seems to have gotten away from me. I will be trying two new recipes this week – Skinny Honey Lemon Chicken and Baked Chicken Nuggets. I will be making both of these recipes Gluten Free. Hubby is away on business most of the week so just me and the boy for dinner most night and we will keep it simple.
Monday: Skinny Honey Lemon Chicken, white rice
Tuesday: Kielbasa Sausage, Fried Potatoes, salad
Wednesday: Individual Pizzas
Thursday: Baked Chicken Nuggets, Salad
Friday: Oven Baked Tacos (this has become a favorite at our Haus)
