Potatoe Sausage Stir Fry

I posted about trying this recipe on my weekly menu for the week.  I made it for dinner last night and it was delicious.  I will definitely make this again. Dinner was on the table in less than 1 hour which is always a plus. I used fingerling potatoes which I sliced thinly and evenly for uniform cooking time. It was a hearty meal and I even had some leftovers for lunch this week.
